CHECHS Initiative Evaluation
Abstract
This report presents the findings from a short-term evaluation study conducted by the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute in the summer of 2004. Responsive to the information needs of the Irene E. and George A. Davis Foundation, the purposes of the study were to identify perceived strengths and potential shortcomings of the Cherish Every Child initiative, capture evidence of short-term progress, and identify programmatic priorities for the near future. Additionally, the study was designed to assist the Foundation in beginning to conceptualize and develop a long-term evaluation plan.
