New James Heckman resources available.

A new website is available for advocates to promote the work of Nobel Laureate James Heckman, who illustrates the economic gains from investments in early childhood development. His work is now explained on a new Heckman Equation website through a variety of presentation slides, videos, and other resources to help demonstrate the importance of effective of early childhood education. Strategies for Children, funded by a several philanthropic partners including the Davis Foundation, commissioned a landmark study by Dr. Nonie Lesaux on reading proficiency in Massachusetts, Turning the Page: Refocusing Massachusetts for Reading Success: Strategies for improving children's language and literacy development, birth to age 9.
