Our Leadership

The work of Cherish Every Child is done by workgroups comprised of professionals from the early childhood community that develop strategies to help achieve agreed-upon goals, and by grantmaking to programs that are aligned with the goals of Cherish Every Child.

The Steering Committee guides the overall initiative by envisioning the scope and outcomes of the work on behalf of Springfield's youngest children.

The Early Childhood Community Leaders (formerly the Implementation Team) brings provider and content knowledge, linkage to key community stakeholders, as well as serving as ambassadors for the initiative.
